Coupling & Coupling Guards
Coupling Guards are the most effective and safe way to protect machinery and rotating equipment used in industries. Couplings and shaft equipment, when in operation, may not be exposed at the risk of causing harm to people, equipment and facilities. Our Coupling Guards installed and mounted on the base to protect the equipment and at the same time allows maintenance procedures when required.
Assembly of Skid (Pump + Motor along with baseplate)
Leveraging on our rich industry expertise, we have been able to manufacture, export and supply best quality of Skid Assembly. Skids are primarily portable, self-contained units, that can house an entire process assembly in a manufacturing plant. Skid assemblies contain the entire equipment, piping, and machinery required for a process to run from start to finish. We provide Pump + Motor along with baseplate as an Skid for export.
Control Panels
Control panel consist of a controller. Controller may be PLC, DCS, relay or some other type. It gives digital signal input signal to the MCC panel to start the motor. Control panel works based on the PLC /DCS program or the relay logic. Instruments are normally connected to control panel. Indications for the interlocks also will be there in control panel. We provide control panel to operate motors for export as well as Indian Market, along with that we also provide Siemens switch gears.
Distribution Panel
We provide distribution along with control panel setup for export as well as Indian Market. Distribution panel is a module of an electricity supply system which divides an electrical power feed into subsidiary circuits, while providing a protective fuse or circuit breaker for each circuit, in a common enclosure. Main switch and residual current Breakers with overcurrent protection will also be incorporated.
